General conditions of use

First part: general sales conditions

Applicable from March 20 2017.
These general sale conditions are drawn up between, on the one hand, the company SIGNATURE FRISSONS (Signature Group) with funds of 2000 euros based in PARC ESPRIT 1 – RUE MICHAEL FARADAY – 18000 BOURGES, listed on the Bourges commercial and companies register under the reference number 477 892 046 00012, hereafter referred to as « SIGNATURE FRISSONS » and, on the other hand, any person making a purchase via its internet site ( or by any other means, referred to hereafter as ‘the purchaser’. The purchaser declares himself or herself to be over 18 or to have parental authorisation and that they have the legal capacity to make a purchase on the website The set of images shown on is not legally binding. The images are given for information purpose only.
The customer must read carefully the CSG prior to any order (the "Order"), the CSG being available on the Website.

Both parties agree that their relationship will be governed exclusively by these general sales conditions which are available on the website
These conditions may be modified.
It is therefore understood that the applicable conditions are those on the website on the date of purchase.

Commitment I.  

1.1 The sale is considered to have taken place when the order is received by our services.

Prices II. 

2.1 Our prices correspond to the rates applicable on the day of the purchase.
2.2 The prices shown on our rates and catalogues are established when they leave the warehouse. They may be altered without prior warning.
2.3 The prices are given in euros including all taxes. BOUTIQUE ALPINE CARS reserves the right to modify the prices in case of changes in the rate of VAT and in case of mistakes concerning the price, the product or the rebate.
2.4 All products commercialized on the website and shipped to a country outside the EU are exempt from the French VAT. For any delivery outside the EU, customs duties are to be paid by the customer.  

Changes in products III. 

3.1 The technical specifications and photos in our documentation are given for information purposes only and may be the object of change without prior warning.
3.2 The removal or modification by the suppliers of company Signature Frissons, of any articles which have been previously ordered, authorises the company to cancel the order in process except where the customer has given permission for it to be altered.

Risks IV. 

4.1 The articles are deemed to have been received and approved on departure from our warehouses
4.2 On their arrival at the place of delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to acknowledge their condition before accepting to take possession of any article and to assume responsibility for it. We highly recommend that the customer should examine the apparent state of the articles in the presence of the transporter in order to ensure that no damage has occurred.
In case of any anomalies, (damaged packaging, products missing, damaged or broken), the customer must : - describe the condition of the package on the delivery note to justify their refusal to accept the parcel. – must require the transporter to co-sign the document –will have a delay of three calendar days to inform Signature Frissons by any means.

Deliveries & delivery times V.

5.1 Boutique Alpine Cars will deliver the articles to the customer’s address in the best possible timeframe (working days only) and in the best possible condition. Whether the customer is based in France, in the French Overseas Territories or outside France, our best services are guaranteed.
5.2 Boutique Alpine Cars do not accept any responsibility in case of loss of package by the carrier.

Returns & reimbursement VI. 

6.1 In accordance with article L. 121-21 of the Consumers’ Code, our customers have a period of thirty days from the reception of the order in order to return the article Signature Frissons in its original state for an exchange or refund, with the exception of the return postage which is the responsibility of our customers. After this period, no items will be taken back, exchanged or reimbursed.
6.2 If the article is not returned in its original condition including packaging, we reserve the right to retain a minimum of 20% of the price of said article to cover costs of returning the article to its original condition, restocking or packaging.
6.3 The reimbursement takes place on condition that the EDITOR has been able to recover the Products originally delivered.
Unless otherwise agreed by the Client, the EDITOR shall make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as that used for the transaction.

Payments and delays VII.

7.1 Payment for our articles and merchandise is due at the moment of the order being placed.
7.2 Accepted means of payment are Credit Card and Paypal.
7.3 In exceptional cases of orders being placed by correspondence (letter, phone, internet…) the order will be sent after payment has been received.
7.4 Any sum paid by the buyer on order is considered to be a deposit by both parties.
7.5 The fight against fraud in terms of payments : in order to ensure that payment by its customers is secure Boutique Alpine Cars may ask for proof (relating to the identity and/or address and/or the means of payment used). Should this proof be refused or not be sent, Boutique Alpine Cars may refuse the order in question. Any delay in supplying Shop Renault Sport with the requested proof may delay the dispatch and delivery of the ordered articles.

Use of electronic data VIII. 

According to the law concerning Computers and Freedom of January 6th 1978, you have a right to see and request modifications to any personal information stored which concerns you. Any client can refuse that his or her name and address should be supplied or made available to other companies or associations. To see or edit data or to refuse its communication to third parties, please contact the after-sales service via MAIL A VENIR, giving first and last names and address.

Second part: general conditions of use

The object of this document is to define the terms and conditions between, on one hand, Boutique Alpine Cars, hereafter referred to as the PUBLISHER, which makes the site available to its users, and on the other hand, the way in which the user accesses the site and uses its services. Any connection to the site is subject to these conditions. For the user, the simple access to the PUBLISHER’S site via the following URL implies the acceptance of the following conditions.

Intellectual property I. 

The general structure of the Boutique Alpine Cars website, as well as the text, graphics, images, sounds and videos which make it up, are the property of the editor or his partners. Any reproduction, even partial according to the article L.122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code, may not take place without the direct authorisation of the director of publication.

The Boutique Alpine Cars site may contain hypertext links towards other web sites on the Internet. Clicking on these links will mean that you will leave Boutique Alpine Cars. It is possible to create a link towards the welcome page of this site without the permission of the PUBLISHER.
